Southeast Nebraska Housing Partnership (SNHP) is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to be responsible for the leadership and management of public housing agency consisting of 160 affordable housing units within the jurisdictions of Falls City, NE and Pawnee City, NE. With a staff of 11 and an annual budget of approximately $1.4M. The Executive Director assumes a proactive leadership role with respect to all activities of the housing agency and is the primary liaison between the agency and other units of local government, the media, and the public. Southeast Nebraska Housing Partnership is seeking Housing Specialist that is responsible for administering the housing programs in accordance with, HUD, Federal, State, Local, Fair Housing & Nebraska State Landlord/Tenant laws, procedures, policies and regulations. Performs a diverse and multifaceted technical client and file case management duties involving determination for initial and continued eligibility, tenant rent calculation, maintain accurate and efficient case files, property management duties and ensure monthly and fiscal year leasing compliance. Wyoming Housing Network Executive Director Position Summary

The Wyoming Housing Network (WHN) is searching for an experienced Executive Director. The Wyoming Housing Network is an established, high-functioning 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening Wyoming communities by providing quality resources and opportunities for people to reach their housing goals

The Executive Director leads a team that educates homebuyers and homeowners and collaborates with partners to create and preserve affordable housing in Wyoming. The person in this role understands and clearly articulates the essential importance of affordable housing.

The Executive Director is a de facto officer of the Wyoming Housing Network, Inc. (“WHN”) and reports to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors. This position requires a strategic and visionary leader who is dedicated and driven by the intricacies and intersections of community, resource development, and affordable housing.

The Executive Director handles all aspects of the organization including strategic direction, development and enhancement of products and services, funding, and oversight of day-to-day operations. The Executive Director provides organizational leadership and guidance to a staff of professionals to ensure the financial resources, controls, and processes necessary to maintain sustainability and growth.

This individual proactively leads conversations that build trust and leverages relationships and partnerships across local, state, and federal sectors to advance the needs and mission of the organization and the communities it serves.

Additional details:

  • ·       This position is located in the Casper, Wyoming office with on-site responsibility and up to 20% domestic travel.
  • ·       The annual salary for this position starts at $120,000 plus benefits. Consideration of higher salary may be reflected in the competitiveness of the candidates and experience. Salary enhancement with annual performance evaluations and opportunities for incentive pay/bonuses available based on financial results of the organization.
  • ·       Minimum qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree in management, finance, urban and regional planning, or related field or commensurate experience, demonstrated effective leadership experience, regulatory compliance experience, knowledge of key issues in community development and affordable housing, understanding of ROI and profit margin, and a valid driver’s license.

FULL TIME MAINTENANCE
