This year’s conference — “Guardians of the Grounds” — is completely reimagined with hands-on, practical training designed specifically for the men and women who keep our housing agencies running strong.

No more sitting in a chair all day. This year, you’ll choose from interactive breakout sessions in:

• Plumbing

• Electrical

• Small Engine Repair

Each session is led by certified instructors who teach these trades at McCook Community College, bringing real-world knowledge and practical experience straight to you. You’ll walk away with skills you can immediately apply on your property.

We’re also proud to welcome Trooper Flick, who will present on safety awareness when entering apartments — covering what to look for, how to protect yourself, and how to stay prepared in unpredictable situations.

And because we all need a reminder of the impact we make, a dynamic local speaker will deliver an empowering and entertaining presentation guaranteed to lift your spirits and reignite your purpose.
