Nebraska NAHRO is pleased to announce that applications for the Nebraska NAHRO Scholarship are now available.

This scholarship program is designed to support graduating seniors and non-traditional students who are preparing to pursue post-secondary education. Eligible students must reside at a Nebraska NAHRO member housing agency and plan to enroll in college or other secondary education either part-time (less than 12 credit hours) or full-time (12 credit hours or more).

Scholarships will be awarded in the following amounts:

• $1,000 for full-time students

• $500 for part-time students

Scholarship funds will be applied toward the Fall semester and will be paid directly to the student’s school. Funds may be used for tuition, books, and other education-related expenses. Students may reapply each year to be considered for continued scholarship support.

The scholarship recipient will be formally recognized at the Nebraska NAHRO Fall Conference. The award includes an invitation for the student and one parent or guardian to attend the conference luncheon.
